How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made-to-order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — just contact us within 14 days of delivery.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@hanurafashions.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out right away.
