HANURA – Return & Refund Policy

At Hanura, each item is made especially for you once an order is placed. This made-to-order approach helps reduce overproduction and supports a more thoughtful and sustainable process.

  1. Order Changes & Cancellations

After placing your order, you’ll have a 24-hour window to request:

β€’ size changes
β€’ colour changes
β€’ address corrections
β€’ order cancellations

Once production begins after this period, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

β€’ incorrect size selection
β€’ colour selection changes
β€’ change of mind purchases

We kindly encourage customers to review the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives:

β€’ damaged
β€’ defective
β€’ incorrectly printed
β€’ incorrect from what was ordered

we’ll gladly provide:

βœ… a free replacement (reprint)
or
βœ… a full refund

To request support:

β€’ Contact us within 30 days of delivery

β€’ Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Please note: returned products are generally not required for damaged or defective item claims.

  1. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

β€’ a replacement order will be processed free of charge, or
β€’ a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  1. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

β€’ an incorrect shipping address
β€’ failed delivery attempts
β€’ unclaimed packages

We may offer:

β€’ reshipment of the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or
β€’ a partial refund depending on the situation

  1. Print Placement & Colour Variations

As each item is produced individually, slight variations may naturally occur.

Please allow for:
β€’ minor print placement variations (up to approximately 0.5 inches)
β€’ slight colour differences due to screen/display settings and printing processes

These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
