• slight variations in print placement, garment finish, sizing, or colour may naturally occur due to the made-to-order printing process
• product availability may change without notice due to supplier inventory updates

We reserve the right to:

• limit quantities purchased
• discontinue products at any time
• update product information, pricing, or descriptions without notice
• correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time

SECTION 3 — ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from Hanura Fashions.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases involving:

• suspected fraud
• pricing or listing errors
• payment verification issues
• supplier or inventory issues
• shipping restrictions

Your order is considered accepted only after processing has begun or a shipping confirmation has been issued.

24-Hour Modification Window

Customers may request:

• order cancellations
• size changes
• colour changes
• shipping address corrections

within 24 hours of placing an order.

After this period, production and fulfilment may begin, and modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

SECTION 4 — PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES

All prices displayed are shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise:

• shipping fees are charged separately
• customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance charges may apply for international orders
• customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees required by their country

By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

If an order is returned due to:

• incorrect address
• failed delivery attempts

• unclaimed shipments

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

• minor print placement variations and slight colour differences are not considered defects
• some claims may not require the product to be returned

Where a return is authorised, returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

• product images
• designs
• artwork

is the property of Hanura Fashions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY PLATFORM

Hanura Fashions is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store.

However, all purchases are made directly with Hanura Fashions and not with Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for:

• products sold through our store
• order fulfilment
• shipping
• refunds
• customer support
• disputes between customers and Hanura Fashions

SECTION 10 — USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, photos, or other content to us, you grant Hanura Fashions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for operational, marketing, or promotional purposes.
